Kids Babymoon to Lagoon!

Da-ddy! Da-ddy! We talked the night before about how he can’t handle spinning rides and here he is… His love for our kiddos is so dang fierce and his big tender heart makes OUR world go ’round!!

While I posted up, stretching and enjoying the view of these cuties, Cody joyfully waited in lines and cherished every minuet with them as he always does. Being “present” while with the family is everything to Cody and I feel that the impact of such quality time will stick with our littles for the rest of their lives.

Here’s our little Fi

We agreed that it was time to have a dress up break from the rides and thankfully there were plenty of toy guns to get our cowboys on board with the partay!

And here’s “Crazy Eyed Betty”

(Weather it’s dancing or playing pretend we are always intrigued by how she so completely feels the mood of the song or character she is playing! Yesterday while enjoying a fun visit to Daddy’s work we snuck into a large presentation room with a stage and theater style seating. She walked on stage, asked for a microphone and started free flowing a song. The way she snaps into character with so much confidence is sincerely a joy to behold!)

Jackers our sunshine has been exceptionally helpful and compassionate during the past few months! He has conquered fears, gained some wonderful independence, has been giving the best snuggles and the sweetest prayers. Bringing so much heart and love into our world is a natural ability of his that we all get to bask in. He amazes me.

I can not wait to see him with his baby brother! I’ve been daydreaming lately of the two of them together and how sweet it will be to watch their bond as brothers grow. He is so excited too. Ugh their cuteness together already melts my heart!

I told this little cutie on Monday that Mommy, Daddy and Jack were going to Lagoon on Saturday and if she wanted to come she had to “go” on the potty.. She was fully capable but needed a little push. Monday-Saturday she knew what she needed to do and the week ended with a family baby moon to Lagoon instead of a babysitter and tears! Hallelujah!! I don’t know what I’m doing but it seems like that one worked out!

I always want to remember how whenever Fiona see’s a baby in a movie she’ll say, “Aww baby! My wavorite!” It makes the thought of bringing our new baby home so magical! She is going to be in awe. I can’t wait!

“Say Lagoooon!”
